I'm in Coatbridge — same-day collection realistic?

Yes. ML5 is fifteen minutes off the M8 from the yard. Call before 1pm and we'll fit you in the afternoon loop. After that we'll book first thing the next working day rather than promising and failing.

Cumbernauld is its own thing, do you actually go up there?

Yes, regularly. G67 and G68 are 25 minutes via the A80 and we usually pair Cumbernauld jobs with Kilsyth or Croy in the same trip to keep it efficient. Cumbernauld driveways are big, so the recovery's straightforward.

Will you take a car from a Bellshill back-court that hasn't moved in three years?

Yes, this is most of what we do. The car doesn't need to drive, doesn't need a battery, doesn't need any fluid. We winch it. The only thing we need is for the wheels to roll and the steering to be unlocked. If both wheels on one side are seized, tell us and we'll bring the dolly.

My MOT bay in Airdrie failed my car this morning, can you collect from the garage?

Yes. With a quick call and your authorisation, we'll collect directly from the MOT bay. Saves you the recovery cost home and the garage gets the space back. We do this with three or four Airdrie and Coatbridge garages on a regular basis.

Is there a Cumbernauld scrap surcharge?

No. Cumbernauld is inside our free-collection zone. There's no fuel charge, no admin fee, no "weighbridge difference" at the kerb. Whatever we quote on the phone or WhatsApp is what hits your bank account on the day.
