Free should mean free. We don't charge a collection fee, a "recovery" surcharge or an admin cost, and we don't quote one number then quietly knock money off at your kerb to cover the diesel. The price we agree against your reg is what you're paid, and collection is included whether the car's on a driveway, in a tenement back-court, or at the side of the road.
The car doesn't need to start or have an MOT, we winch it. We cover the whole Central Belt; the odd far-flung job may carry a fuel adjustment, but we'll always tell you up front rather than spring it on you. Access is the thing people ask about most. We collect from tenement back-courts, tight closes, locked compounds with your say-so, sloped driveways and the side of the road, and we bring the right kit for the spot as long as you tell us the situation when you book. If the wheels are seized or the car will not roll, we use a dolly or the winch line to get it out. Genuinely stuck somewhere awkward?
