Glasgow breakers yard, buying end-of-life cars for parts

Same day in most cases if you ring before 1pm, central Glasgow, the West End, the East End and the south side all sit within 25 minutes of our recovery base. Saturday mornings tend to be the busiest slot of the week, so we'll usually book those for first thing the next working day rather than promise something we can't deliver.

Yes. most of our Glasgow collections are tenement parking. As long as you can show us where the car is and there's somewhere we can attach a tow strap, we sort the rest. Council parking bays, residents' bays, back-courts off Sauchiehall Street or Byres Road, all fine. We just need you there briefly to confirm the right car and sign the disposal slip.

Sometimes. depends on the car and where it's sitting in our stock. Smaller bits like wing mirrors, headlamps, ECUs are usually easier for us to pull and have ready for collection. Larger jobs (engines, gearboxes, full rear-end shells) are always us pulling, mostly for safety. Ring or WhatsApp us with what you need and we'll tell you straight.

Yes. daily. Smaller items go via Parcelforce 48 or DPD. Larger items (engines, gearboxes, body panels) go on a pallet via APC Overnight or a haulier we use for awkward freight. Most parts ship next working day if you order before 2pm. Edinburgh deliveries are typically next-day; UK mainland 1–2 working days.

Big rotation, so it changes weekly, but we lean towards what people in the Central Belt actually drive: Vauxhall Astra/Corsa/Insignia, Ford Focus/Fiesta/Mondeo, VW Polo/Golf, BMW 1/3 series, Nissan Qashqai, plenty of older Audis. We don't usually keep premium German V8s long, they go fast.

30 days on mechanical parts (starter motors, alternators, ECUs, etc.) provided you've fitted it yourself or had a competent garage do it. Body panels and trim are sold as-seen, what you see in the photos is what you get, scratches and all. Trade accounts get the warranty extended to 90 days.
