What to include when you message
The more we know up front, the firmer our quote and the less back-and-forth. If you can, tell us:
- Reg plate. We pull the make, year, fuel and engine size from DVLA. That's most of what we need to size a quote.
- Postcode. Tells us where to send the truck and whether you're inside our free-collection patch.
- Two or three photos. Front, back, and any obvious damage. WhatsApp is easiest. Photos are the difference between a guess and a real quote.
- Anything unusual. Won't start, no keys, missing a wheel, parked behind a locked gate, EV with battery damage, none of it's a problem; we just need to bring the right kit.
We'll come back the same day with a firm price and a collection slot. The price we quote is the price we pay, no “subject to inspection” deductions on the day, no extra fee for paperwork, no fuel surcharge inside the Central Belt.
